Recruitment Privacy Notice

Applies to information submitted through TechSolvera's careers application form (apply-now.php).

What We Collect

When you apply through our careers page, we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, primary and secondary technology/skill area, and the resume file you upload. We also record the time of your consent and the IP address the application was submitted from, for spam and abuse prevention.

Why We Collect It

This information is used solely to evaluate your application, match you to relevant open roles, and contact you about recruitment opportunities at TechSolvera. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Who Can Access It

Only authorized TechSolvera recruitment staff, through an authenticated internal dashboard, can view submitted applications or download resume files. Resume files are not publicly accessible by URL under any circumstance.

How Long We Keep It

We retain candidate applications for up to 12 months from the date of submission, so we can consider you for roles that open after your initial application. If you're actively progressing through a hiring process, we may retain your information for the duration of that process. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time — see below.

Requesting Deletion

To request that we delete your application and resume, email us at contact@techsolvera.com with the email address you applied with. We will remove your application record and resume file from our systems and confirm once it's done.
